Illinois Democrats continue to shortchange funding for local municipalities

Despite claims of a ‘balanced’ budget by the Democrats and Gov. Pritzker, the state is continuing to shortchange local communities and utilize revenue earmarked for municipalities to cover its own budget shortfalls.
